Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administration Support Professional to join our Canberra Dispute Resolution team. The successful candidate will provide dedicated support to a Partner and her broader team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

  • Manage diaries, inbox, and travel arrangements
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG CLIENT AND INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
  • Monitor deadlines and coordinate court filings
  • Handle billing, expenses, and reporting
  • Matter management, including opening/closing files, archiving, electronic/physical filing
About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity for someone who thrives on taking initiative, anticipating needs, and ensuring smooth running of a busy practice. With your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, you will keep things one step ahead.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a legal support role or administration position, knowledge of the billing process in a legal environment, and advanced proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
