Senior Marketing Automation Specialist

Deliver exceptional results as a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist, responsible for spearheading our global marketing presence.

About the Role

As a key member of our marketing team, you will lead digital marketing strategy and implementation, focusing on automation, paid digital marketing, and social media. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Automation Strategy:
    • Develop and implement automated communications in CRM systems
    • Design communication templates and leverage data-driven campaigns to create customer journeys
  • Digital Growth:
    • Optimize paid digital marketing portfolio based on performance metrics and strategic objectives daily
    • Manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to increase visibility and conversations through paid search efforts
    • Develop and execute digital and paid media strategies to maximise ROI spend
  • Social Media Engagement:
    • Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms: META and LinkedIn
    • Develop editorial calendars to share quality storytelling and real-time content across digital channels
  • Customer Satisfaction:
    • Achieve high levels of internal and external stakeholder and customer satisfaction on day-to-day engagement
  • Performance Metrics:
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform marketing decisions
Requirements and Qualifications

We seek a highly motivated and results-driven individual with the following qualifications and experience:

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, including HubSpot administration and automation
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies within the industry
  • Strong background in digital marketing, including managing digital platforms, executing digital campaigns, and leveraging SEO and SEM strategies

Candidates should possess excellent technical skills, strong analytical thinking, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
