Job Title: Banking and Finance Associate
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banking and Finance professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in banking and finance transactions, with a proven track record of success in cross-border and domestic transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Work on cross-border and domestic banking and finance transactions in various sectors.
- Advise clients on project financing, structured trade financing, and corporate/institutional financing.
- Collaborate with clients to provide innovative solutions to complex financial problems.
- Demonstrated experience within banking and finance transactions gained at a reputable national or international organization.
- At least 2+ years post-qualification experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eligible to practice law in Australia.
