Senior Associate / Special Counsel

The role involves working on quality transactions with a rapidly expanding team. We are looking for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel who is enthusiastic, hard-working and fun.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with an experienced banking and finance lawyer to work with various borrower clients financing their resources and infrastructure projects in Australia and overseas, as well as non-bank lenders investing in the real estate sector.

  • Admitted as a Lawyer
  • 5+ years' experience in Banking & Finance
  • Genuine passion for problem solving and thinking outside the box
  • Keen to be involved in mentoring junior members of staff
