About the Opportunity:

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering efficient home services to clients across the Central Coast, Mid-North Coast, and Far North Coast teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the scheduling team to deliver high-quality client services.
  2. Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, employees, and stakeholders.
  3. Provide exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to support clients and stakeholders.
  4. Work collaboratively as part of a hybrid team, working from home and with a minimum of 1 day per week working at a local home care office.

 

Requirements:

  • Scheduling experience in a similar role within Aged Care/Health Care setting preferred.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
