About the Role:

We are seeking seasoned professionals to join our team as Assistant Directors. As key members, you will lead investigations and projects, develop strategies, and provide expert advice on consumer protection provisions.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough investigations and projects, allocating resources effectively and achieving desired outcomes.
  • Develop and implement plans to address identified actions, modify market behaviors, and offer recommendations to senior management.
  • Prepare and review internal and external documents, including staff papers, notices, undertakings, correspondence, reports, minutes, briefs, and media releases.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of competition and consumer law or ability to acquire this knowledge.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing investigations and/or projects, including efficient resource allocation and achievement of standards.
  • Ability to undertake objective analysis, draw accurate conclusions, and support evidence-based decision making.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including complex technical information presentation.
  • Experience leading teams in fast-paced, complex organizations, guiding and developing staff.
