As a DOSA Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to patients being admitted for theatre procedures. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient flow and excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care to patients being admitted for theatre procedures
- Work collaboratively with the DOSA team to ensure efficient patient flow and excellent patient outcomes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA registration
- Diploma of Nursing or equivalent
- Proven clinical experience in day of surgery
- Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Clinical expertise and commitment to high-quality patient care
- Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high-functioning team
