Key Account Manager for Grocery

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team in Australia.

As the Account Manager for Grocery, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans to drive sales growth and profitability within grocery and mass merchant channels.

Your Role:

  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and ensure alignment with their strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions for customers, coordinating with local teams to meet diverse needs.
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Create and execute commercial strategies to drive market leadership and sales excellence.
  • Participate in critical customer negotiations and secure strategic agreements.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to senior audiences and articulate complex value propositions.
  • Monitor and improve sales performance metrics using data-driven insights.

You're the Right Fit If:

  • You hold a degree in Commerce, Business, or Marketing and have experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales, and Business Development.
  • Able to drive business growth through effective market research and sales forecasting.
  • Manage customer relationships and accounts, employing strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
