Job Overview

The Workplace Advisory Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional workplace services. This includes intake management, clinical coordination, executive support, and training development.

This position requires a professional with strong collaboration and leadership skills to drive positive personal and workplace improvements.

  • Manage high-level complex intake, triage, and clinical coordination of services
  • Provide managerial and executive support
  • Deliver individual counselling and coaching
  • Coordinate critical incident response
  • Design and deliver training and development programs
  • Collaborate with customers and key stakeholders to identify solutions and opportunities for improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key qualifications include:

  • Qualifications in Psychology or Mental Health Social Work
  • Current AHPRA registration or AASW membership
  • Broad experience providing individual coaching and support for personal and work-related issues
  • A strong understanding of workplace dynamics and performance frameworks
  • Ability to work collaboratively to identify solutions and opportunities for improvement with customers and clients
  • Experience in Critical Incident Response and trauma-informed intervention
  • Strong leadership/management experience
  • The ability to analyse and interpret data and trends
  • Report writing and program design
  • The ability to partner with customers and key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen
