About the Job

  • This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator to make a difference in people's lives.
  • You will work closely with NDIS participants to coordinate their supports, ensure they maximise their NDIS plans, and address any barriers.

Key Duties:

  • Assessing participant needs and identifying necessary services and supports.
  • Building relationships with participants, families, and external service providers.
  • Driving to visit participants as required.
  • Helping participants negotiate with providers about services and costs.
  • Working with billable hours and targets.
