Support Worker Role

As a Support Worker, you will be directly responsible for the day-to-day support, personal care, and personal development of our Customers.

Our Customers require assistance with community living services to participate actively in their local community, feel valued, respected, and engaged in meaningful opportunities and relationships.

To succeed in this role, you must have transferable skills in providing care and compassion to others. You will also need a valid VIC Driver's Licence, a reliable vehicle, flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, and the ability to meet the physical requirements of the job.

A Current First Aid and CPR Certificate is also required, or willingness to obtain prior to commencing. Additionally, you must be willing to provide an NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC) and have good computer, communication, and interpersonal skills.
