Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Customer Support. The Head of Customer Support will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of customer support operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing technical support, and enhancing the overall customer experience. They will lead a team of support representatives and collaborate with other departments to address customer needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and improving customer experience
  • Technical Support proficiency
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Experience in the sports or entertainment industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
