About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Activation Specialist to join our team at Adidas Pacific. As a key member of our Brand Communications department, you will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies across various channels, including ATL/BTL marketing, paid media, PR, events, and social media.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing plans.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of paid media campaigns, including asset localization, media buying, and agency communications.
  • Support the development and execution of brand plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • University degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
