Occupational Therapist Role

This role involves further developing your knowledge and skills as an Occupational Therapist to support adults and children with various presentations.

The position offers a 12-month opportunity that includes:

  • An intensive induction program to assist you in understanding how to support clients achieve their goals
  • A reduced caseload for the first three months while you get to know the team and processes
  • Ongoing supervision and mentoring from experienced therapists
  • Quarterly professional development with our team of Occupational Therapists
  • Monthly coaching to help you achieve your career objectives
  • Allocated buddies to support you throughout your induction and beyond

You will have access to regular training sessions, online learning resources, and opportunities to observe experienced clinicians in therapy sessions. We provide flexible work options, rostered days off, and a fun and dynamic team culture.

We are looking for someone who wants to learn and grow their skills, committed to positive client outcomes, and improving the lives of our clients and their families. You must be focused on person-centred, ethical interventions.

Requirements:

  • Full Australian work rights
  • Registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA or eligibility to obtain
  • A degree in Occupational Therapy
  • A current driver's license
  • A police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain these before commencing work)
