Occupational Therapist
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Responsibilities- Carry a mixed caseload of patients requiring occupational therapy services
- Contribute to a client-centered and goal-directed approach to care
- Develop and implement innovative treatment plans to meet the needs of patients
- Provide mentorship and support to less experienced staff within the team
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Demonstrated high level of written and spoken communication skills
- Well-developed organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
