About Our Team:
Our Corporate Affairs team is responsible for providing administrative support to our leadership team, coordinating meetings and events, managing suppliers, and ensuring timely expense reconciliations. As a Team Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to the Corporate Affairs leadership team, including coordinating meetings, booking travel, and processing expenses.
  2. Coordinate and schedule meetings and events as requested, including logistics, setting agendas, and taking actions as required.
  3. Support teams in managing their suppliers, including raising requisitions, coordinating agreements, and processing invoices according to internal procedures.
  4. Assist teams in ensuring timely reconciliation of expenses, including corporate credit card expenses, in accordance with relevant policies.
  5. Maintain group calendars, registers, databases, and hubs.

Requirements:
  • Similar experience in an Administrative Support role.
  • A proactive approach in supporting leaders with diary management, meeting preparation, managing correspondence, emails, and telephone calls.
  • Exposure to working in a matrix corporate environment is advantageous.
  • Effective communication skills to build collaborative and influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities on any given day.
  • Exceptional written, numerical, and verbal skills to effectively communicate with the project team, contractors, and customers.
