Corporate Affairs Assistant

Our Corporate Affairs team is responsible for providing administrative support to our leadership team, coordinating meetings and events, managing suppliers, and ensuring timely expense reconciliations. As a Team Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Corporate Affairs leadership team, including coordinating meetings, booking travel, and processing expenses.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and events as requested, including logistics, setting agendas, and taking actions as required.
- Support teams in managing their suppliers, including raising requisitions, coordinating agreements, and processing invoices according to internal procedures.
- Assist teams in ensuring timely reconciliation of expenses, including corporate credit card expenses, in accordance with relevant policies.
- Maintain group calendars, registers, databases, and hubs.
Requirements:
- Similar experience in an Administrative Support role.
- A proactive approach in supporting leaders with diary management, meeting preparation, managing correspondence, emails, and telephone calls.
- Exposure to working in a matrix corporate environment is advantageous.
- Effective communication skills to build collaborative and influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities on any given day.
- Exceptional written, numerical, and verbal skills to effectively communicate with the project team, contractors, and customers.
