Part-time Office and Marketing Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Part-time Office and Marketing Assistant to join our team. As an Office and Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the office team with daily tasks, helping develop and manage content for our social media marketing, assisting in the production of marketing materials and events, and more.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent verbal, written grammar, and communication skills, flexibility to learn and take on new tasks, eye for detail, self-motivated and good time management skills, arts knowledge and interest, and good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is highly preferred.
  • Social media marketing experience: Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Canva.
  • Bilingual language skills (Mandarin or Cantonese) are strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, have strong organizational and time management skills, and be able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
