**The Role of the Work Health and Safety Advisor**
In this vital role, you will provide education and support to the Agency on work health and safety initiatives. You will manage, coordinate, and drive the recovery at work process for injury management activities, ensuring that health matters are handled in a durable, safe, and best-practice manner.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective injury and claims management programs
- Collaborate with managers and insurers to achieve positive outcomes for both the business and injured workers
- Support non-compensable return-to-work and related matters
**Requirements**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in Human Resources
- Full vaccination against COVID-19 before commencing
- Willingness to undertake a Criminal Record Check
- Australian or NZ citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency, or a valid visa to work in Australia
