Our mission is to provide exceptional hospitality and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in our vacation resorts. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively to ensure rooms are refreshed in a timely manner. Additionally, they should be able to delegate workload efficiently and control stock levels to prevent discrepancies.

In this role, you will also be responsible for planning and implementing weekly rosters in consultation with the housekeeping manager and observing precautions required to protect resort guests and their property.

As part of our commitment to guest satisfaction, you will respond promptly and professionally to any guest enquiries or concerns, working closely with management to resolve any issues that may arise.

  • Clean hotel rooms, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, while maintaining high housekeeping detail standards.
  • Delegate workload to ensure rooms are refreshed in a timely manner.
  • Control stock and report discrepancies to the executive housekeeper.
  • Quality check rooms and liaise with front office to release for occupancy.
