Dynamic Customer Service Role

This is a key position responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing gym operations, nutrition bar services, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt customer service to visitors/members by addressing inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely manner.
  • Drive sales across memberships, supplements, apparel accessories, and consumables to meet individual and team targets.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of the business offerings.
  • Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of facilities and workstations.
  • Support administrative tasks, data entry, filing, and inventory record maintenance.
  • Assist with events/promotions and class offerings.

Suitable Candidates:

  • Prior customer service/retail experience.
  • Passion for health and fitness.
  • Ability to work in a 24-hour environment.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Current first aid/CPR certification (willing to obtain).
  • Food safety certificate (willing to obtain).
