Customer Account Management Specialist

As a Customer Accounting Officer, you will be responsible for managing billing and invoicing processes for designated customer accounts. This role involves collaborating closely with Operations staff to resolve errors and provide support to the debt collection team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage billing and invoicing processes for designated customer accounts.
- Liaise with Operations staff to resolve errors and facilitate reupload in the portal or invoicing system.
- Prepare and distribute monthly outstanding debtor reports to stakeholders.
- Manage and action service issues within agreed benchmarks to ensure optimal performance outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in billing, query handling, and debt collection.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining open lines of communication with the debt collection team.
