Electrical engineers drive innovation in permanent magnet electric motor design. Our cutting-edge technology allows us to dynamically adjust flux flowing from rotor magnets and modify stator coil resistance and ampacity while the motor or generator is running, expanding power and efficiency ranges.

We're seeking an electrical engineer with expertise in power electronics to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess key qualifications including:

  • A Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of experience in power electronics, including knowledge of 3-phase power, AC and DC electric motors, motor controllers, and control of power electronic systems.
  • PCB design, simulation, and population skills.
  • Familiarity with MOSFETs, IGBTs, FPGAs, and I2C protocols.
  • Experience building and testing high-power electronic systems.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, emphasizing team goals and attention to detail.
