About the Role

The Swim School Manager position offers a unique opportunity to lead and grow one of our largest programs.

  • Oversee daily operations, including program delivery, team management, and customer service.
  • Lead and motivate a team of swim instructors to ensure consistency in teaching quality and a positive learning environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, community, parents, and children.
About You
  • Possess passion for working with children in a fun and engaging environment.
  • Have proven experience in swim school management, ideally with experience working with diverse age groups.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Show strong team leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
Essential Qualifications
  • Sport or Recreation qualification (or equivalent)
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and Pool Lifeguard certifications (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe)
  • Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or ability to obtain one prior to commencing employment
