Program Director

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Educational Leader to oversee the delivery of high-quality educational programs in our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service.
- Mentor and guide a team of educators to deliver engaging and inclusive experiences for children aged 3-13 years.
- Develop and implement educational programs that reflect the My Time, Our Place framework and National Quality Standards.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for education and child development, and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legislative, regulatory, and College requirements, as well as providing guidance on policy and procedures.
About the Role:
- Leadership and management of the OSHC team to achieve quality outcomes for children.
- Development and implementation of educational programs that align with the College's values and mission.
- Collaboration with other teams within the College to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication.
