Leveraging your IT project management expertise, your key responsibilities will be to:
- Develop and execute project plans, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring efficient execution within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including charters, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, IT infrastructure specialists, and business analysts, to ensure successful project outcomes.

About You
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong project management experience and a proven ability to lead the roll-out of new technologies. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing technology projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and ensuring continuous improvement post-go-live.
Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in leading the implementation of technology solutions, preferably within a similar field-based services industry.
- Experience or knowledge of Simpro, or similar field work order management system is highly advantageous, however not essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive high performance.
- Experience in managing budgets, schedules, and resources for successful project delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with a focus on identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- A strong commitment to maintaining alignment with business objectives, strategic goals, and stakeholder expectations.
