Data Insights Professional

Are you looking for a challenging role that involves working with data to drive business decisions? As a Data Insights Professional, you will be responsible for compiling accurate and comprehensive reports to support the company's goals.

About The Role:

  • Assist in translating contractual and business objectives into actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Ensure the highest level of data accuracy within delivered reports
  • Maintain regular contact with stakeholders to assess improvements and share feedback with management teams
  • Undertake qualification testing of new equipment and systems to maintain acceptable technical environments
  • Provide support for the implementation of new software versions during launch
  • Collaborate with Technical Leads to analyze requirements and impacts associated with program changes
  • Perform changes based on change requests lodged within the CCB list

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of Contact Centre methodologies and reporting principles
  • Sound understanding of modern reporting practices and systems
  • Effective trouble-shooter with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to determine reporting needs and future requirements to meet business objectives
  • High level of confidence, drive, and motivation with ability to motivate others
  • Strong negotiation, commercial awareness, and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding programming and design skills with experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel at advanced level)
  • Previous experience in a similar role
