About Us

We are a reputable childcare service seeking an experienced Coordinator to join our team at Burleigh Heads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality programs for children ensuring optimal learning experiences.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our service delivering exceptional care to every child.
  • Coordinate staffing and rostering to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with policy and procedures to safeguard our reputation.
  • Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records in accordance with regulations.
Qualifications and Experience Required
  • Holds a Diploma of Children's Services or relevant qualification demonstrating commitment to excellence.
  • Possesses sound experience in childcare and programming, with a proven track record of innovation and effectiveness.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and customer service skills building strong relationships with families and stakeholders.
  • Holds valid First Aid and CPR certifications ensuring the safety and well-being of children.
  • Has a current Blue Card or is willing to obtain it upholding the highest standards of child protection.
