Surge support may be required during emergency, crisis and peak periods to ensure effective media and communications services are delivered.

  • Utilize a job management system (JMS) to manage requests and prepare content for publication on department websites.
  • Schedule content according to the content strategy and editorial plan, with emergency response as needed.
  • Coordinate and manage content updates based on the content review schedule.
  • E nsure content meets all standards and is optimized for web through SEO practices.
  • Proactively monitor and respond to website feedback, addressing simple problems and escalating concerns.
  • Deliver accurate analytics reporting.
  • Monitor performance and implement best practice planning to align resources with strategic priorities.
  • Foster strong connections with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with Communications and Engagement Branch members to deliver high-standard strategic content.
