Content Strategist and Creator Role

We are seeking an experienced Content Creator to drive our content strategy, oversee production, and be a key on-camera presence.

About the Job:

This is a dynamic opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as a Content Strategist and Creator. As a key member of our content team, you will develop and execute a data-driven content strategy aligned with marketing and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that meets marketing and business objectives
  • Generate and produce engaging content across various formats, including written, social, video, and more
  • Promote the brand through on-camera appearances, filming, and presenting as needed
  • Analyse content performance, report insights, and optimise strategies based on data
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Strategist and report directly to the Creative Content Lead
  • E nsure consistency in branding, meet deadlines, and adhere to style guidelines
  • Monitor and report on content performance, recommending improvements when necessary
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest content creation tools and technologies
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in content creation, including on-camera work
  • A strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful social video strategies, especially for platforms like TikTok
  • Proven experience in creating high-quality video content for paid social campaigns
  • The capacity to think creatively and produce innovative concepts and visuals
  • Full-cycle content creation skills: idea generation, pre-production, filming, editing, and posting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with clients and strong interpersonal abilities
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • A project management mindset with a focus on meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency with video editing software
  • An adaptable nature and willingness to learn new platforms and trends
