Senior Infrastructure Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned procurement expert to lead the development and execution of strategic procurement plans for large-scale infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving procurement strategies that balance cost, risk, compliance, and value-for-money principles.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement end-to-end procurement processes for complex, high-value packages including long-lead and international supply.
- Negotiate and finalize subcontracts to ensure seamless contract execution and handover.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to guarantee successful project outcomes.
- 7+ years' experience in capital project procurement within the energy, infrastructure or resources sector (Tier 1 experience highly regarded).
- Proven track record of delivering procurement strategies in complex environments.
- Strong knowledge of the Australian construction market and contract frameworks, with experience managing international supply.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and influencing skills.
