**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and physically strong Process Worker/Machine Operator to join our busy manufacturing facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery in a fast-paced production environment, performing repetitive manual handling and general process work, and maintaining quality and safety standards on the factory floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating machinery efficiently and effectively in a dynamic production setting
  • Performing repetitive manual handling tasks, including lifting heavy items (up to 20kg)
  • Maintaining high levels of quality and safety standards throughout the facility

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Previous experience in factory or machine operation is highly desirable
