We are seeking a dedicated professional to assist Australian veterans and current serving members of the Defence Force in achieving positive outcomes for their claims.

About the Role
  • Provide representation and advocacy services to support the needs of veterans and serving members.
  • Prepare and represent claims related to liability, compensation, income support, and household services.
  • Assist with reviewing and preparing evidence to support claims, ensuring alignment with relevant legislation.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure veterans' needs are addressed and supported.
Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in claims related to liability, compensation, income support, and household services.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of cases in our system.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of cases to ensure efficient progress.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective support.
Requirements
  • You should be highly organized, with excellent time management and record-keeping skills.
  • You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation is an advantage.
  • You should possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
