Complex Project Leader

This role will be responsible for delivering complex, high-volume projects to meet the needs of customers and our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain successful relationships with customers and businesses to deliver projects on time.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure network capacity, safety, and commercial factors are met.
- Ensure all contractors comply with legislative, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
- Oversee complex project targets and manage risks, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Provide technical advice as needed to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong project management qualification, such as a Diploma or higher.
- Certificate IV in ESI Power Systems or equivalent tertiary qualification.
- Proven experience in applying project management principles.
- Electrical industry experience, including field work or complex electrical network extension projects.
- Familiarity with technical standards and construction practices is highly desirable.
- Leadership experience in health, safety, and environment policies is essential.
