At our organisation, we are seeking a Senior Director with 7-10 years of professional experience in digital health and human services. As a key member of our team, you will be at the forefront of innovative projects that transform the health and human services sector.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage teams to develop digital and technology strategies for system managers and health services/providers
  • Define and implement future state operating models for business units and functions to better align with strategic goals, improve efficiency, and enhance service delivery
  • Conduct options analysis', detailed business case development, and funding submissions for local, state, and federal departments and providers
  • Manage and implement technology-enabled transformational change that improves the day-to-day lives of providers and patients
  • Lead business development activities that directly impact our growth and reputation in the health sector
  • Take on responsibilities and provide guiding oversight for the development and preparation of high-impact presentations and reports, including detailed quantitative analysis for clients and stakeholders
  • Work on client site to execute project and change management initiatives
  • Deliver training sessions and ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and with measurable outcomes

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in digital health and human services
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Experience in leading and working within large and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to apply structured thinking and dynamic approaches to problem-solving
  • Experience in providing strategic advice and guidance to senior executives and sponsors
