  1. Prepare accurate and compliant monthly management accounts for all entities within the property portfolio.

  2. Assist with half-year review and year-end audit processes for funds and corporate entities, providing timely and accurate financial information.

  3. Support IFRS-compliant financial reporting and cashflow statement preparation for various stakeholders.

  4. Facilitate income tax return submissions for entities, collaborating closely with internal teams and external advisors.

  5. Prepare trust distribution statements and annual tax statements for high-net-worth investor funds.

  6. Contribute to half-year investor reports by compiling clear financial data.

  7. Monitor debt facility compliance, tracking covenants and reporting requirements across multiple financing arrangements.

  8. Assist with new fund establishment, including acquisition accounting for acquired properties.

  9. Manage asset disposals and coordinate trust wind-ups in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in financial reporting within property investment or related industries.
  • Hands-on involvement in audit support, IFRS reporting, tax compliance, investor communications, debt monitoring, fund establishment activities, and trust administration.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS, with hands-on experience preparing compliant financial statements.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of income tax return preparation for trusts, companies, or similar structures within real estate or investment sectors.
  • Ability to compile clear investor reports by synthesising complex financial data.
  • Familiarity with debt facility compliance requirements.
  • Exposure to fund establishment processes and asset disposals from an accounting perspective.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving within multidisciplinary teams.
