Job Summary

Pierre Fabre is a pharmaceutical company and pioneer in dermo-cosmetics, with iconic brands.

  • Implement Shopper Plans to meet internal and customer requirements.

  • Manage planograms and the planogram process, as well as reviews and recommendations of promotional activities.

  • Brief, manage and deliver key account creative and print assets inline with internal and customer timelines.

  • Lead short team activation planning and lead time management with Shopper Team and Key Account Managers.

  • POS Life Cycle Management - Create and maintain POP assets and POG.

  • Ongoing management of E-Retailer and Skulibrary assets.

  • Support the Category Manager in developing Shopper Marketing strategies and business knowledge through data analysis and delivery of key insights.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or Marketing Studies.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.
  • Expert Powerpoint, Excel and other Office Suite skills.
  • Interpersonal skills: attentive, committed and reliable; excellent organisational skills and attention to detail; time management skills and ability to work under pressure; problem-solving skills and diplomacy; strong communication, team work and negotiation skills; ability to manage budgets; flexible and adaptable approach; resourceful.
