About the Role

The Medical Registrar will work within the Rehabilitation Service at Braeside Hospital, providing medical clinical care under the supervision of the Specialist-in-charge. This is a fixed-term, full-time or part-time contract, and the successful candidate will be based at Braeside Hospital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with other members of the multi-disciplinary team to provide patient care
  • Maintain a high standard of personal professionalism at all times
  • Implement a personal learning program for the term in conjunction with their Specialist Supervisor

About You

  • Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare's Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action
  • Medical Registration by the Medical Board of Australia
  • Primary Medical degree, eligible for Medical Board registration, and a minimum of two years supervised practice as an RMO
  • Strong administrative and computer skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Empathy and patience
