Role Overview

This is an exciting development journey for a career as a Business Developer where you will develop your skills in a global company and build a strong business foundation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: meeting with customers daily to capture business opportunities and create value through long-term, profitable relationships.
  • Sales Performance: creating a daily schedule to optimize client potential and sales productivity by zone territory.
  • Brand Representation: presenting high-level customer consultations in defined territories and demonstrating technical knowledge.
  • Progress Tracking: utilizing a CRM system to record interactions and report on sales performance.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is essential.
  • Eagerness to learn, motivated, and capable of working independently are key traits.
  • Hands-on attitude, time management, planning, and prioritization skills are necessary.
  • Previous experience in the construction industry or related industries is advantageous.
  • Maintain a valid full driver's license, and be ready to drive a company car.
  • Internationally or domestically mobile with a desire to develop and outperform.
