Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities and a high level of attention to detail.

  • This diverse role includes coordinating meetings, managing stakeholders and contributing to other projects as needed.
About the Role

The position will be based in Adelaide on an initial 2-year contract. You will play a crucial role in coordinating an ongoing and evolving project, engaging with hospitals and stakeholders across the country to ensure their participation.

You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, including scoping, planning and monitoring performance indicators. Additionally, you will monitor budgets, timelines and performance indicators, providing timely reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day project operations and serve as the main point of contact for progress updates and objectives.
  • Provide executive support to Committee, Working Groups and project meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking and follow-up actions.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Management or Health Sciences.
  • A background working in a clinical or public sector environment would be highly beneficial.
  • Highly competent in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills and able to work effectively with a team across multiple locations.
