Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Radiotherapy Team Leader.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and leading a team to achieve excellence in radiotherapy treatment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of radiotherapy treatment and planning simulation
- Collaborate with staff to ensure safe and effective service delivery and development
- Implement QA procedures for planning simulation
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to radiation therapists
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Advanced technical competence in all areas of radiotherapy
- Advanced competence using Elekta linear accelerators
- Leadership capability and ability to build a high-performance team culture
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office software
