Essential Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate of a course in Medical Radiation Science-Radiation Therapy, accredited by the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Authority, hence eligible for AHPRA registration as a Medical Radiation Therapist and eligible for licensure by the Department of Environment and Climate Control NSW.
• Registration: Eligible for AHPRA registration
• License: Eligible for licensure by the Department of Environment and Climate Control NSW.

Selection Criteria

• Demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of radiation therapy, including ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills in written, oral and electronic formats
• Demonstrate knowledge and application of radiation therapy quality assurance and quality controls, including radiation safety measures in radiation therapy
• Experience in a supervisory role and proven ability to manage and motivate staff together with demonstrated conflict resolution and performance management skills.
• Demonstrated significant participation in continuing professional development, research and quality improvement activities
• Demonstrated commitment to excellent patient care
• Demonstrated commitment to developing clinical and theoretical skills of multidisciplinary team members
• Demonstrated ability to implement evidence based practice and utilise analytical skills in problem solving
