This is an exciting opportunity for producers in Victoria and Southern NSW to participate in on-farm deployments and demonstrations of remote water infrastructure management and automation technology.

Key Objectives
  • To explore the use of various modes of user interaction with the system
  • To focus on automation over simple monitoring, reducing site visits, and decreasing equipment downtime

Selected participants will have access to cutting-edge technology, including flow monitoring, autonomous channel fill, and pump efficiency reporting tools.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Relatively modern infrastructure
  • Active turnover as far as water movement is concerned
  • Cellular coverage at points of interest
  • Producers/managers willing to make use of the technology and contribute to its development

Our goal is to provide robust and reliable building blocks for sophisticated farm-wide irrigation and stock-water automation. This technology has the potential to be used across other industries where unmanned and remote water management infrastructure exists.
