Fujitsu is seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Services Consultant to provide chargeable services to clients in developing industry-specific systems, mostly aligned to projects, consulting assignments, building, and installing turnkey business solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced technical support and advice to others on engagement/program during proposal writing, solution design, and implementation.
- Lead team members, third parties, and technological counterparts in client organizations in the integration of technological methodologies and components of projects.
- Manage high-level technical program or segment activities, including relationships with the client, managing, and reviewing assigned consulting team members.
- Design and develop high-quality business solutions and other projects.
- Evaluate client's business needs, contributing to strategic planning of information systems facilities and software directions.
- Be accountable for defined work assignments, often involving immediate action or short-term planning of human and other resources.
- Minimum NV1 Security Clearance required.
- Specialist knowledge of Federal Government, coupled with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt and apply existing techniques and methodologies to new uses.
- Time Management skills.
- Documentation skills, design, as-builts, operating procedures, and administrative guides.
- Analysis, communication, presentation ability.
- Scheduling skills.
- Team Member Management and Mentorship skills.
- Security (SIEM experience, logging, monitoring, and threat detection/event hunting).
- Patch management exposure.
- Australia Government Security practices, including E8, also ISM, ACSC hardening, DTA best practice, configuration, ASD Blueprint.
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) (on-prem & cloud).
- Azure governance and management practices.
- Cloud migration (Azure).
- Microsoft Purview.
- Microsoft Defender suite.
- SOE Development and deployment.
- VDI Platform experience - Citrix/AVD + Nerdio.
