We are seeking a skilled Hospital Pharmacist to join our clinical team at Slade Pharmacy, located at The Wesley Hospital in Brisbane.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop and expand upon a broad range of hospital pharmacy skills in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:
  • Dispense and supply medication and pharmacy products
  • Coordinate patient medication requirements for inpatient stay, day infusions and discharge
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service to clients and patients
  • Support patients, carers, hospital staff and associated employees
  • Educate and advise staff and customers on health promotion, disease prevention, drug selection and the proper use of medicines
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • General registration with AHPRA, with no restrictions on practice.
  • Australian working rights, valid for at least the duration of the contract. Minimum 12-month working rights required for permanent roles.
  • Personal Indemnity insurance.
