We're seeking a proactive, hands-on Account Manager to oversee roofing and plumbing works across Sydney.

This role combines service management, estimating, and project management – perfect for someone who thrives on responsibility, variety, and building strong client relationships.

As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing jobs end-to-end, including:

  • Quoting and estimating jobs, from small works through to large-scale projects.
  • Scheduling and coordinating technicians for smooth, efficient job flow.
  • Building strong client relationships with clear, professional communication.
  • Overseeing costs and job profitability.
  • Working closely with technicians to ensure safe, high-quality delivery.

A trade background in plumbing and/or roofing is ideal, or strong building services experience with proven skills in estimating, project management, or service management is essential. You'll also need strong communication and customer relationship skills.
