**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced roofing and plumbing service manager to oversee our operations across Sydney. This role will involve managing jobs from start to finish, including quoting, estimating, scheduling, and coordinating technicians.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear and professional communication, and overseeing budgets and costs to ensure job profitability.

If you have a trade background in plumbing and/or roofing, or strong building services experience, and possess excellent communication and customer relationship skills, we would love to hear from you.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Trade background in plumbing and/or roofing (ideal) or strong building services experience

  • Proven experience in estimating, project management, or service management

  • Strong communication and customer relationship skills

  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and competing priorities

  • SimPro experience preferred

  • Current Driver's Licence
