Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our national team in the NDIS division, providing clinical services to participants aged 0-65. As a Speech Pathologist, you will work across early intervention, school age, adolescent, and adult services with clients who have various presentations, diagnoses, and disability types.
You will work with an amazing group of clients with varying complexity, communication, and swallowing needs, over a period of months or even years. You will play an integral part in your client's personal growth and development, working together to meet their goals. You will form a close bond with your clients and celebrate their achievements together, every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities- Provide communication assessments and interventions
- Conduct swallowing and paediatric feeding (dysphagia) assessments
- Develop and review mealtime management plans
- Conduct augmentative and alternative communication assessments
- Provide ongoing therapy
You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth, and ORS offices. You will have access to administration and IT support, high-quality and validated Speech Pathology assessment tools, online resource subscriptions, internal and external professional development opportunities, the opportunity for clinical specialisation, and career progression.
