- You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with other health professionals, fostering an environment of teamwork and learning
- Opportunities for assessments for those interested

What's on Offer
- Work-life Balance - We understand the importance of a healthy work-life balance, which is why we offer flexible shifts that suit your preferences. You can choose to work either a morning or afternoon client shift, not both. This gives you the flexibility to integrate other parts of your life such as time for self-care and catching up with loved ones. Caseloads are capped at 5-6 clients per day leaving plenty of time for administration and non-client-facing activities. We also provide options for remote work for non-clinical tasks and part-time employment if desired.
- Values Focus - We have a strong focus on values at the practice. These are not just words on the page but things we live out through every interaction in our practice. We constantly look for ways to infuse our values into everything that we do
- Positive team culture- Private practice can be isolating but not at Prosper. Weekly Team Huddles, team lunch breaks, regular social events and triannual Prosper Days help to build our connection as a team and prevent a sense of isolation (Find out more about Prosper Days here - cbit.ly/prosper_days). 100% of our team have independently voted us to be a certified Great Place to Work
- Growth and Progression - Beyond traditional clinical work, there is the potential for growth and progression into different pathways within the practice. This includes options such as clinical supervision, service development and clinical team leader. Maybe even a practice owner. Mentoring and planning are provided to help you on your chosen pathway.
- Support - At Prosper Health Collective, you'll receive extensive support, including full administration assistance, clear policies and procedures and an intranet to find everything you need to do your job well. You'll be part of a committed team of like-minded professionals who share our core purpose of helping people to flourish and thrive.
- Development - We value continuous learning and offer a $1000 Professional Development allowance, two paid Professional Development days per year, free monthly 1:1 and peer supervision, and a supportive Induction program. We also have a growing library of on-demand Professional Development trainings and resources.
- Perks - We offer a Prosperity Package to all team members, including discounts at major retailers, Wellness programs, and health and wellbeing incentives.
- Security and Stability – a competitive base salary is provided plus options to scale your income with profit sharing. Our practice is almost 10 years old and we have a good stream of new referrals.
