Senior Retail Operations Manager

This is a pivotal role within our retail operations team. As Senior Retail Operations Manager, you will play a key part in supporting the store manager and driving business success.

About the Role

The primary objective of this position is to work alongside the store manager, providing guidance and coaching to the store team to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development to ensure the capability and retention of team members.
  • Maintain and apply a working knowledge of all store and staff policies and procedures, ensuring all team members comply with relevant standards.
  • Monitor the achievement of targets, regularly review individual performance, and identify and fill knowledge and skill gaps.
  • Recruit (where required), build and maintain a strong team culture that aligns with our vision, mission, and values.

You will also be responsible for executing our sales process to maximise transaction value and profit, meeting sales targets and key performance indicators. This will require taking initiative, operating with a high degree of autonomy, and demonstrating a highly driven, self-motivated approach.
