About the role

As a Field Delivery Trainee, you will work alongside a mentor offering ongoing coaching, support, and mentoring during your traineeship. You will gain hands-on training providing customers with a great experience by activating and assuring telecommunications products and services, in homes and/or businesses.

You will actively participate in a diverse team environment to deliver optimal customer and commercial outcomes aligned to our values and strategy.

We have several positions available across the country. Find the specific locations below. The expectation is to reside in the targeted area or be willing to relocate.

This is a Fixed-term role for 12 months.

  • Hold a current driver's licence
  • Be physically fit for the role
  • The ability to undergo pre-employment medical and drug alcohol screening
  • Ability to undertake a police check

Qualifications:

As a Trainee Technician, you will be provided with Telecommunication Technology Cert III training during the traineeship along with relevant certifications and/or licencing for the location you reside in.
